While I was there, I agreed to the meeting, which turned out to be a sales conversation. We reviewed some new vehicles, and I let Aaron know upfront that I wasn't in the market for a new car. I was happy with my current leased vehicle, which had about 12 months remaining on the lease.
Aaron made an offer that was hard to pass up. Given that my lease was approaching its end and considering the broader economic and geopolitical uncertainty at the time, I decided to move forward with a new vehicle.
Aaron was excellent throughout the process and went out of his way to meet my expectations. There were a few bumps after signing, though — some commitments made by the finance representative during paperwork weren't fulfilled until several weeks later. That said, the issues were eventually resolved, and my overall experience was positive.
I'd recommend that Lexus of Pembroke Pines management work more closely with their financing team to ensure commitments made to customers are honored promptly. This would go a long way toward minimizing follow-up hassle and uncertainty for customers going forward.

When I first inquired about an IS500, I quickly received a call, email and even a personalized video. I held off to do more research and shop around but they continued to keep in touch. After a few months, another IS500 became available and Kazi called me. I made the over 3 hour trip down from Central FL to test drive and purchase. Kazi is friendly and knowledgable about the product. When it came down to the numbers, Simon worked with me on my NX trade-in and got me to a number we were both happy with. Take your time to ask and understand what warranties/extras you are paying for! I arrived at 10am and got the keys to my vehicle at 3pm (an hour was needed to apply permaplate). I do wish I was given a walk-thru of the vehicle's buttons like other dealerships do before driving off but I was able to figure everything out on the fly. The dealership is buzzing with energy with multiple buildings and fast-walking/fast-talking people so it I could see it being overstimulating to some. In the end, I walked out a happy girl with my dream car.

So, I came in and traded in my Honda and I got what I thought was a good deal on a 2024 NX 350 F Sport. When I was making the deal the sales man "Ricardo" comes in waving a piece of paper and he had already built trust and tells me "hey, out of full disclosure and honesty I have to tell you this vehicle was in a very small fender bender". I did not thing twice about but come to find out that he completely lied to me and it was in a major accident. The car had so many issues with it that the service guys told me that it should have been totaled and that it will only get worse. The sales man I dealt with as dishonest and conned me into a sale. The car had so many problems and when I confronted the sales manager he tried to pull the sales redbrick of "it's certified" I had no choice but to trade in that lemon for another one and lost the entire value of my trade in ($14k). Be careful and be cautious because these people are the stereotype of scummy car salesmen. I wish I would have gone the the Lexus of coconut creek. BEWARE of these people! I saw about $14K of my hard earned money go up in smoke because of the dishonesty of Ricardo. I highly recommend you visit Coconut Creek Lexus before you ever step food into this place.
AVOID ! We purchased a used car in 2023. It was on a certified lot BUT not certified. They said, “WE DO NOT CERTIFY, TOO EXPENSIVE” .! We bought a warranty but they checked to wrong box to make the warrenty was From the first owner, and we were the second. So now our 6 year warranty expired in three years and we had to pay $2000. I feel completely defrauded by this dealership. They were not fair with me at all, and I am very dissatisfied with the deal. Everything seemed focused on their commission rather than helping me as a customer. They were not honest, and I feel like they misled me during the process. I had mixed feelings about my experience with this dealership.
On the positive side, they have one of the widest selections of vehicles, which made it easy to find exactly what I wanted. I also had a great experience last year working with Andres. He was professional, responsive, and made the process smooth.
Unfortunately, this year was very different. My assigned salesperson started off attentive while finalizing the sale, but that quickly changed. The initial proposal included taxes and additional fees that I had to request multiple times to be removed, which was frustrating and unnecessary.
After that point, communication declined significantly. Documents I submitted or requested were not handled promptly, and responses were delayed. It has now been almost a month, and I still have not received my vehicle.
There were also logistical issues. My truck driver missed the port twice because the salesperson did not ensure the gas level met the specific requirements I clearly communicated. On top of that, the salesperson’s attitude was unprofessional. I even asked to be reassigned to someone else in the beginning but was redirected back to the same person, as if no other support was available.
Throughout the process, I was passed between multiple individuals to handle paperwork, which made everything feel disorganized and poorly managed.
Overall, while the inventory is impressive, the customer service and internal coordination need serious improvement. As a customer, I did not feel valued.
Amed Rodriguez is an amazing salesperson and a true example of professional professionalism. He made sure the car was spotless and fully fueled before delivery. Answered all my questions throughout the entire process which ultimately made the process seamless. He handled all the paperwork in advance, so all I had to do was show up and sign.
