I had a great experience with Raul, my salesman, Very attentive and always there to answer my questions during the two months it took to receive my car. I highly recommend calling him for your next car. The dealership I have a problem with. As an American I only speak english, everyone was speaking spanish and as a customer made me very uncomfortable not knowing what they were saying. So I say it again, give Raul a call for your next Lexus.

I was at the dealer in Orlando, Florida, and that was a tremendous experience. The dealer was outstanding. I know your location is not as large, but nevertheless, for the product that you are selling, you need a much higher and better.Physical appearance.

Mr Rust is an excellent customer service representative and the technical support was great. I have purchased in excess of ten Lexus vehicles over a twenty five year period mainly due to service quality but had started evaluating other makes due to perceived degradation in service quality. Mr Rust and his team has done a lot to restore my confidence in Lexus.

Extremely unsatisfying. The main reason for my visit to this dealership was to install door guards that were not installed originally by the service department at the time of purchase. I spoke to my salesman Mikhail Khalev a week prior to my appointment to ensure that the guards are in the shop. Service department has a lot to be desired. Our vehicle was in the shop one month and no one ever called us or notified us what was wrong with our car. And when we called, they always said we will call you back in two hours which never happened.
Jeremy was a true professional. He was able to get me a loaner when I thought was was not going to be available. He shared that I was on my last free service based on my plan. Was out in a few minutes

Dealership advertised car as L/Certified on website, in fact it was not. L/Certified 2023 Lexus ES 350 4D Sedan in Pembroke Pines #25357501. During talks dealer said that certification costs $2000 extra and is not included. Why advertise as L/Certified ?
I am a repeat customer and every time has been a good experience. We only had one incident at the negotiation portion and when working with Mr Zee Hanif. Not sure why he spoke to us the way he did however I did not feel 100% comfortable with the manner that he responded and spoke over me.
