AVOID ! We purchased a used car in 2023. It was on a certified lot BUT not certified. They said, “WE DO NOT CERTIFY, TOO EXPENSIVE” .! We bought a warranty but they checked to wrong box to make the warrenty was From the first owner, and we were the second. So now our 6 year warranty expired in three years and we had to pay $2000. I feel completely defrauded by this dealership. They were not fair with me at all, and I am very dissatisfied with the deal. Everything seemed focused on their commission rather than helping me as a customer. They were not honest, and I feel like they misled me during the process. Is been 3 months that I did my service and the AC has a broker part that is not working. I been calling and calling and the keep saying the part is back order. The temperatures in Miami are getting very high. My daughter can even get AC in the back seat. This is unacceptable!!!!
