1.    Our Service Department has been ranked Lexus Elite and our shop has the top factory required tools and equipment along with over 77 working bays. It is also accompanied by thirty-two factory-trained technicians along with eight factory-trained advisors. 

2.    We also have factory-trained assistant service advisors/service operators which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 10:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended).You can call (954) 443-2332 for help with any questions, appointments, warranty questions, recalls, to reach your service advisor or for vehicle history. *some restrictions apply

3.    We have fully equipped departments for carwashes, details and valet services.

4.    Picking up your vehicle after service is easy with convenient late pick up hours:
Monday - Friday: 7:30am-7:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am-5:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am-4:00pm

5.    Shuttle services are also provided for quick drop off’s.

6.    Our coffee bar also offers finger delights, along with a complimentary continental breakfast.

7.    For customers joining us during lunch time on Saturdays, we also offer a complimentary barbecue lunch offering hamburgers and hotdogs.

8.    We also offer free nail service with scheduled service appointments, customers at first come first serve basis. Available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-2pm.

9.    Our service department also offers a Saturday radio show for any and all topics related to the car business. You can listen to us live on 100.3F.M or 610A.M.

10.    Customers are urged to visit our website for appointments easily using x-time, as well as regular maintenance prices, monthly services specials and customer testimonials. 12.   Our loaner office with caring staff and refreshments has a loaner fleet which is available for your convenience with over one hundred-twenty vehicles.* some restrictions apply.

13.   When coming in to visit our facility is difficult, we offer pick up and delivery services with five drivers which are at your disposal within their hours of operations.* some restrictions apply

15.   Some of our restrictions include:

a.    Loaner vehicles provided for services, maintenance, pre-paid maintenance and warranty work.
b.    Loaners are excluded for oil changes, tire repairs, first five thousand mile services and jobs that take under one hour to complete.
c.    Pick up and Delivery services are available only for services or warranty work which entitles a loaner vehicle.
d.    Pick up and Delivery services must have appointment scheduled over the phone and are scheduled in two hour time frames.
e.    In some cases, rules and policies may be overwritten only by management.
